Studio RYST reserves time slots and resources for confirmed bookings, and enforces the following cancellation and refund policy for operational fairness.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Once confirmed, the time slot is exclusively reserved for you.
All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a one-time free reschedule is available instead — see Section 3. No refund is issued for cancellations at any point, including no-shows.
One rescheduling is allowed per booking, if requested at least 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.
Your booked time begins at the scheduled start time regardless of late arrival. Overtime is charged at ₹2,500 per hour, plus applicable taxes, subject to studio availability — if your slot is followed by another booking, no overtime is permitted and the session must conclude strictly on time.
If the studio needs to cancel a confirmed booking, clients receive either a full refund or a free rescheduling. The studio is not responsible for any indirect expenses this may cause.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds are issued for rule violations, misconduct, property damage, or early termination of a session caused by the client.
Separate terms may apply for full-day or event bookings — these are communicated at the time of confirmation.
