Welcome to Studio RYST. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and facility. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Bookings must be made through official channels. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Clients must strictly adhere to their booked time slot — setup and wrap-up time are included within the booked hours. Overstaying incurs additional charges.
Payment is required via the approved methods on our website. Prices are subject to change, and applicable taxes are added as needed.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request (see our Refund and Cancellation Policy). Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-shows forfeit the booking fee.
Clients must maintain cleanliness and use equipment properly. Any damage caused is chargeable to the client. Illegal or unsafe activities are prohibited. Open flames and hazardous materials require prior written approval. The studio must be left in the condition it was found — permanent damage to walls, furniture, or flooring will incur professional repair/cleaning fees.
A maximum of 8 persons are permitted per session. Only declared crew members are allowed on the premises. Uninvited guests are not permitted.
Nailing, drilling, taping, or affixing anything to walls, ceilings, floors or furniture is strictly prohibited. Furniture and sets may not be rearranged without prior approval.
Outdoor footwear is not permitted inside the studio. Please use the shoe rack provided at the entrance before entering.
All three studios share a common space. Please use only the equipment and props specific to your booked session, and be mindful of the other setups and sessions within the space.
All equipment must be handled carefully. Any malfunction must be reported immediately. Damage caused by negligence is the client's liability. Cameras, lenses, memory cards, and recording devices are not provided — clients must bring their own camera equipment, or add a camera operator/cinematographer as a paid add-on.
The kitchen must be used responsibly and hygienically. The studio disclaims liability for food contamination or related health incidents.
Clients bear sole responsibility for the content they produce. The studio is not liable for copyright violations, and clients must secure any necessary rights and permissions themselves.
The studio excludes liability for personal injury, lost belongings, equipment malfunctions, and indirect damages arising from use of the facility.
Clients agree to indemnify the studio from claims arising from their use of the facility, content they produce, or any legal violations on their part.
The studio is not responsible for service failures caused by natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen events beyond its control.
Use of our website is also governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
The studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
